'Cousins Ko Choro, Koi Aur Dhoondo': Ad By Pakistan's Dating App Muzz Goes Viral

Islamabad: An advertisement by a dating app in Pakistan is going viral on social media with an image of a huge banner doing rounds on the internet.

The massive red billboard reads, "Cousins to choro, koi aur dhoondo (leave cousins, find someone else)." The advertisement has been put out by dating app Muzz which grabbed massive eyeballs after the tagline which has raised several eyebrows. The banner further reads, "Download Muzz."

A photo of the billboard is being widely shared on social media platforms, including X (formerly Twitter.)

One social media user shared the picture and wrote, "Billboard in Pakistan @muzz_app LEGENDS". Another one wrote, "Why do I have a strong feeling that @muzz_app is a front for sham marriages and an attempt to get legalise all the Islamic illegal immigrants??"

A social media user shared another picture of the billboard at a different location in Pakistan and wrote, "Even the muzz app is tired of you people." Another tweet read, "Hoarding in Pakistan advertising Worlds biggest Muslim Dating and marriage app “Muzz”

A user wrote, "Jinnah created Pakistan so that the Muslims living there could easily marry their cousins."

Muzz is known as a Muslim marriage and dating app founded by Shahzad Younas and launched in 2015. Its tagline is "Where Single Muslims Meet" and "Where Muslims Meet”, and emphasizes marriage as opposed to casual dating.

On Google Play Store, the app's description reads, "Muzz is the US’s biggest Muslim dating and marriage app to meet single Muslims.
