Ayodhya: As the much-awaited Ram Mandir's grand opening date nears, devotees get a glimpse of the beautiful sanctum sanctorum of the temple where the Ram Lalla idols will be placed during 'Pratishthapna' pooja. Champat Rai, the General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, has shared a picture of the sanctum sanctorum of Ram temple in Ayodhya.
Rai has tweeted the pictures along with a post regarding the lighting and electrical fittings to the 'Garbha-Griha' i.e. the sanctum sanctorum being completed.
The construction, and finishing touches work at the proposed Ram Mandir Teertha Kshetra site in Ayodhya has been going on in a smooth and fast manner.
From time to time, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teertha Kshetra Trust keeps sharing pictures, video, and information about the progress in the construction work.
The temple is set for a grand opening on 22 January 2024. The idol of Ram Lalla will be installed at the Ayodhya temple on the scheduled date in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This marks the culmination of decades of efforts to reclaim the site, including the mobilisation of masses of devotees and stakeholders and a protracted legal battle.
The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra trust has invited not just the PM for the grand ceremony, but a large number of dignitaries. The event is expected to attract a large number of visitors. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and UP CM Yogi Adityanath will also be present.
