Big Candidates Who Are Trailing In Assembly Elections 2023
The counting of votes for the Rajasthan, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh Assembly Elections is underway. At the time of writing, trends show the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leading in MP and Rajasthan, while the party has a neck-and-neck battle with Congress in Chhattisgarh. In Telangana, the Congress is ahead of Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS).
1. KCR in Telangana
Incumbent Chief Minister of Telangana, Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, is trailing in both Kamareddy and Gajwel constituencies. He is the founder and leader of the BRS.
2. Mohammad Azharuddin
Mohammad Azharuddin of Congress is trailing in Jubilee Hills constituency of Hyderabad, Telangana.
3. Vijay Baghel
Incumbent Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel's nephew, BJP's Vijay Baghel, is trailing from Patan constituency.
4. Arun Sao
In Chhattisgarh, BJP State President Arun Sao is trailing from Bilaspur.
5. Deepak Baij
Congress State President of Chhattisgarh, Deepak Baij, is trailing from Bastar.
6. Sachin Pilot
In a big setback, Sachin Pilot of Congress is trailing in Tonk, Rajasthan.
7. Rajyavardhan Rathore
BJP’s Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore is trailing in the Jhotwara constituency in Rajasthan.
8. Satish Poonia
Satish Poonia of the BJP is trailing in Amber constituency in Rajasthan.
9. Charan Das Mahant
Congress's Charan Das Mahant is trailing in Sakti seat of Chhattisgarh.
10. Narottam Mishra
Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra is trailing in Datia constituency.
11. TS Singh Deo
Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister TS Singh Rao is trailing in Ambikapur.
