Hyderabad Hit-and-Run Accident: SUV Rams Into Biker Twice, Manages to Flee

Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, an SUV car hit a biker and several other vehicles at Chaitanyapuri on Saturday night and quickly drove away.

Police said that the victim, Sai Kumar, who was going from Chaitanyapuri to Dilsukhnagar, met with an accident at the Chaitanyapuri bus stop. He was riding a bike with a friend. The SUV hit their bike from behind and tried to drive away quickly.

The victim chased after the car and tried to stop him. However, the car driver hit the bike once more and managed to escape. Sai Kumar got injured during the incident. The police are checking if the car driver was drunk while driving. They are using the car's registration number to track down the person responsible.

In another incident, a man riding a bike was hit from behind by a speeding jeep. The jeep then swerved into an autorickshaw, causing it to flip multiple times. Subsequently, the jeep collided with another vehicle from the opposite direction before coming to a stop. A CCTV camera at a shop captured this shocking accident. The driver of the jeep is said to have lost control of the vehicle, resulting in several reported injuries in Rabkavi town on Wednesday.

In a separate incident in Goa, a resort owner was allegedly killed by a man driving recklessly. The driver accelerated his SUV and crashed into the reception area. The man, who was conscious during the unsafe driving, has been taken into police custody. The incident occurred in Vagator, north Goa, involving a resident of Pune and the staff of the Goa resort where the owner was killed. According to news agency PTI, the man was visiting the resort to meet his friend.
