The board of directors fixed December 12 as the record date to ascertain the eligibility for the purpose of the corporate action which means December 11 is the last date to trade the shares till market hours to be eligible for the monetary benefit of 210 per cent dividend announced by the company.

The state-owned company fixed 210 per cent interim dividend for the financial year 2023-24 to the eligible shareholders.
